With a range of contemporary studios to choose from and the best facilities of any other student accommodation in the city, it’s a perfect choice! We have styles to suit however you want to live. Concierge is open-all-hours, every room is furnished with big, comfy beds with plenty of space, every bedroom has its own en-suite and a private meeting room perfect for quiet study. We also have a communal study space, complete with a large table and study booths and intelligent laundry. Our kitchens come with roomy fridges, generous worktops, sizeable ovens. When it comes to communal areas we’re open all hours. For playing, watching TV (all your freeview channels on good-sized screens), studying quietly or just chilling out with friends, we’re open round the clock.
Fully equipped GYM, completely FREE to use for all residents, open 24/7. There's a games area complete with a TV and games console. We have a TV room featuring Sky TV and comfortable seating, perfect for movie night. Relax and enjoy the sun in the landscaped outdoor courtyard, lots of lovely, unlimited free use branded bikes for you to borrow whenever you want and cycle through Parade Gardens or take a short stroll to Bath Abbey and the historical Roman Baths. A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.
Student Castle Cancellation Policy: Get in touch and tell us straight away. How much we can help will depend on the timing and the circumstances of your cancellation. 1) Once you have paid your holding deposit and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the holding deposit is non-refundable. 2) If you have paid the holding deposit and signed the license agreement then you will be held to the terms of the license until a replacement licensee is found. 3)If you rebook a room for a subsequent year and your deposit is carried forward, and then you decide to cancel this booking then the deposit will be withheld.
For 2021/22 academic year bookings, if you meet any of the conditions below, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Holding Deposit and any paid rent payments:
No Visa No Pay: If you do not get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 72 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021.
No Place No Pay: If you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University, you need to send us the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. You must send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021. Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, your Holding Deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

If you cease to be a full-time student during the occupation of your room then you will become liable for council tax. If the second occupant of a double occupancy room is not a student then they may also be liable for council tax.

Most of our students pay for their entire stay in one easy upfront payment. However, it’s possible to pay in three installments if you have a UK guarantor – this is a person (not a company or government) who lives and works full time in the UK, is willing to submit to a credit check, and can commit to paying your rent if you fail to do so.
