The rental prices shown include not only the rent for the fully-furnished rooms but also the costs for heating, water and electricity. We celebrate the many different cultures at Nido through our events programme, year round events programme from breakfast clubs to DJs & dancefloors. The three buildings that makeup Garden Studios surround a lush green courtyard home to your own basketball court, ping pong table, BBQ area and outdoor gym. Indoors, you’ll find newly renovated communal spaces perfect for meeting like-minded people. The Nido community meets regularly in the home Cinema, plans events in the laundry and gaming room, and studies together in the shared co-working space. We have a Wellbeing programme of events to help promote health and fitness in each and every Nido residences.

Stachelbeere is a typical authentic Berlin pub that is right around the corner from Nido Garden Studios. You can also enjoy cakes and lunch at An Einem Sonntag Im August. It is a trendy cafe-bar with sofas under exposed brick walls- they even have concerts in the evening. Urban Nation is a relatively new Urban and Street Art Gallery. They hold large exhibitions every year- no need to spend a fortune, the gallery is free and open for all. Das Schloss Berlin Steglitz is known throughout Berlin for its multitude of shopping opportunities. Whether it is walking along with the many small shops in the sun or visiting the shopping centre in the rain, a shopping spree becomes an experience here.
