In Szklarska Poręba and its vicinity, over 200 km of bicycle routes of varying difficulty have been marked out. They are intended for amateurs, sportsmen and families with children.

Szklarska Poręba is a town picturesquely situated in the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains, in the Lower Silesia Province, in the immediate vicinity of the Czech Republic. The town is situated in the valley of the Kamienna river, where the two tributaries of the Szklarka and the Kamieńczyk meet.
Within the city limits, they create beautiful, characteristic waterfalls with the same names as their rivers.
