The swimming pool is reserved for guest use only. Non-guests using the swimming pool will be fined accordingly. Hot Tub use must be reserved a minimum of 8 hours in advance. Cots can be requested in rooms and are subject to availability. Bungalows cannot accommodate a cot. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 during the ski season and from 09:00 to 10:30 during the rest of the year. Please note the restaurant operates during the summer and winter seasons only. *** LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
