L'auberge est bien située, relativement propre et calme. Près des transports et des commerces. La salle "cuisine" est peu équipée (pas de frigo ou d'évier).

L'équipe de jour était sympathique du début à la fin contrairement à l'équipe de nuit qui a commencé à avoir une attitude négative et malaisante pour mes amis et moi-même.

Matelas confortable et propre très propre juste les escaliers sont un peu cassé et les murs a repeindre mais sinon rien à dire propre.

Pas vraiment satisfaite de cette auberge. Le petit déjeuner est payant (3,50£) alors qu'il est indiqué gratuit sur le site. Seulement 4 douches pour toute l'auberge, heureusement qu'on se levait tôt pour éviter la queue. En plus de ça elles étaient brulantes, vraiment très compliqué de se laver les cheveux (et pourtant je suis fan des douches très chaudes...). La cuisine est petite et pas vraiment équipée, on a donc mangé dehors à chaque fois. Et le personnel est pas vraiment chaleureux et accueillant. Les points positifs : matelas confortable, casier gratuit dans les chambres, le bar en bas qui permet de rencontrer des gens.

Dining/bar area being the same room made it very sociable. I know this varies depending on guests at the time but it felt like a very happy, friendly hostel. Their morning breakfast included some interesting things, like a boiled egg and a yoghurt for everyone.

I have been in the hostel only for one night but what I could notice a great, family atmosphere in the hostel's pub with really helpful and friendly staff, on my check-out they helped me with my travel directions and even they called a taxi for me !! I have booked 12 bed dorm, room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. But the most shocking thing is breakfast, I mean for this price ( I paid 12 quid ) I got eggs, yogurt, juice, cereals and all other stuff included... I have chosen this place because it was cheap but what I got in return overwhelmed me totally. Definitely I will come back in the future !!!!

It was cheap. We could sleep in the same room with my friends. The staff was nice. It was good that we could leave our bags to the storage room for free before the check-in.

Clean, more or less comfortable. The common area (bar downstairs) was pleasant. Breakfast was quite good.

The hostel is well organised, with comfortable beds and power points and lockers (though provide your own lock please) in every room. The place is well organised and clearly well run. Whilst I'm beyond the stage where I want to meet fleeting friends in a hostel, the impression is they've created a good atmosphere for a great variety of travelers to intermix.

I could get a room for 5 young people at a good price. The staff were very helpful and the communal areas very friendly. The manager was very accomodating and helped the young people out of a difficult situation. I would like to thank the staff for their understanding and support.

The downstairs bar was attractive and the atmosphere was quite good as music was played late into the night. It was very clean throughout and the decor was really cool.

It was a good affordable place to stay while I was working in the area. Good breakfast. For basic accommodation is reasonably nice and comfortable. Well located for bus, rail and DLR

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere in this hostel was good. The value for the money is good - breakfast is included in the price, so that's definitely a plus. Another good thing is that the hostel is opened 24/7 - we had a late arrival and there were no problems with the check-in, same with the early check-out.
