Payment for reservation is due on arrival. Guests should pay with their own card or cash on arrival, we can not charge the card of anyone who is not present at the time of check-in.

- Dorm rates of $40 and over are subject to a 16.25% tax that will be added from the property;
- Dorm rates under $40 are subject to a 1% tax.
In order to be checked in you will need a valid identification card from outside of the local area, a passport, valid credit card, state ID and college ID card.
