This residence is open to the university community all year round. It offers accommodation to all members of the Educational or University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups; and holders of an international student card or similar. In the case of not belonging to university or educational community, it is necessary to provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). The membership card can be issued and purchased directly at the hostel for 4€.

Zarezervoval jsem si soukromý pokoj pouze pro sebe. V pokoji je dobrá kuchyň se všemi potřebnými doplňky. V suterénu je také posilovna, pračka a sušárna. Nachází se ve staré části města s železnicí v docházkové vzdálenosti. Guggenheimovo muzeum je ve vzdálenosti asi 2 km.
