Near the train station, but on the opposite direction to the city center (even though it is 15 minutes walking from the old town).

The atmosphere was amazing, great place to meet people who are willing to go out and have some fun. Not strictly party, very chill. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bikes aren't the best, but they are free and get the job done. Dresden itself is
