Baby cots are available on request. For Health and Safety reasons and in common with other Guest Houses the following conditions apply: No smoking is permitted anywhere in the house. Guests are not allowed to bring cooked takeaway or similar foods into the house. Children are defined as those persons under the age of 13; the property reserve the right not to admit guests bringing undeclared babies, children or adults. If they are admitted an appropriate charge will be made. There is no access to the Breakfast Room other than specified breakfast times and no access to the kitchen. No pets are allowed at Brendan Chase.
