The hostel is very sociable and a good place to meet fellow travellers. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's good value for money. The breakfast is good, including fresh fruit if you're early enough. It is available till 12, which is very convenient. Free Milo and Teh Tarik all day is also a nice touch.

friendly staff, relax environment

very friendly staff, 24h reception (we arrived 8h later because of a delayed flight, but our room was ready for us anyways.) they are willing to inform on sights and transportation and give out schedules. there is a book shelf where you can borrow books and travel guides and real coffee for breakfast.

Location great, within walking distance to the center, the harbour and bus stops/bus station. Nice common area with free drinking water. Breakfast includes pieces of water melon.

The staff was really helpful. More than expected!!

This place made me feel at home since the first moment. They even write your name on a welcome board if you make a booking. :) Friendly and useful staff, always with a smile. They provide good breakfast and keep things outside, so you can wake up late and still eat. Free coffee, free tea and free water. It gave the feeling their priority is to make you feel confortable instead of making a profit out of you. Super clean, they even make your bed every morning.

Owners were friendly and the staff at the reception were very helpful as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff always willing to help and say hello whenever they see you. Free breakfast, tea and coffee until 1pm (perfect for those days you want to wake up late!). Very clean hostel with lots of information and good wifi throughout rooms and lounge areas. Hot showers with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Free luggage storage facility if your leaving KK for day or two on a trip this is very useful!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The place has lots of little comforts that are great when travelling. Great facilities and very clean. Location suited us well. We ended up staying extra nights.

Great room. I liked the small extras such a a bed light, extra plug, huge safety box, free towel, free breakfast, free water and coffe all day long, free computers and internet,...

Nice hostel. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again

This hostel is a great place to stay in kk... we actually travelled through 3 times and stayed here everytime! It is clean, tidy, has good sized rooms and decent wifi. The breakfasts are great and available all morning (most of the time all day too!). Good location within kk and easy to get around.

Very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They can give you small discounts for certain things such as boats out to the islands. The rooms are great, nice and clean with comfy beds.

Clean and tidy. Toilet/shower rooms are clean & enough. Staff are helpful and nice. Free food (e.g. bread, biscuits, fruit) and coffee & milo available whole day. Air-conditioned. Comfortable. Bed is nice. Room/bed tidy-up service available. Free WiFi. Economic.

Would definitely recommend. Close to the waterfront, markets, restaurants, banks etc - great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast always has some sort of cake - what a bonus. Tours can be arranged if you wish. Rooms are exactly what you need with plug socket by each bed. Always clean and tidy.

Good location and very clean. 24 hours security, yes you could find the staff in front desk any time.
