Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card or Eftpos card. Towels are not included and can be rented for $5 per towel at reception for a non-refundable deposit. Please let The Village Surry Hills know your expected arrival time at least 1 day in advance. Guests under the age of 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested. If booking more than one bed in a dormitory room, the hostel cannot guarantee that guests will be allocated the same room. Please note for bookings of 8 or more guests, different policies or procedures may apply. Free WiFi is available with a limit of 500mb per day. Additional WiFi can be purchased for an additional charge.
