Skvělý hostel. Velmi teplé a pohodlné. Velké poděkování patří Nathanovi za jeho profesionalitu, jeho nesmírnou laskavost, trpělivost a pochopení. Doporučujeme tento hostel. To nás potěšilo natolik, že jsme se rozhodli zůstat další noc.

Velmi dobře umístěný hostel s přátelským přivítáním. Obecně spíše levné, ale vzhledem k ceně více než dostačující.

Velmi spokojený s mým pobytem v tomto hostelu. Velmi čisté, velmi dobré přivítání při příjezdu. Malé kvákání na přidělení lůžek (postel vyhrazena v přísně ženském pokoji a ..... muž přichází ve 23 hodin). Vše nakonec dobře dopadlo a tehdejší manažeři vypadali velmi rozpačitě. Chybí jen pár zásuvek navíc v pokojích. Velmi dobře umístěný.

DIRTY! Do té míry, že nelze použít sprchy. 2 toalety a sprchy pro 36 pokojů. Stěny jsou tenké, slyšíme všechny obyvatele hostince. Když se cestující mění, nemění prostěradla, přikrývky a „polštáře“. Nikdy nepřijdou uklízet pokoje. Stručně řečeno, nevidím žádné pozitivní body. Přes 3 noci jsem nemohl celou noc spát.

Tým je přátelský, pokoje jsou zabezpečené. Jsou zde i kamery (chodby) a ubytovna je v blízkosti dopravy. Je snadno přístupný. Malá nevýhoda: sprchy jsou příliš malé.

Hostel velmi dobře umístěn, čisté, pohodlné, pohodlné s velkou atmosférou a milí lidé! Bonus: velmi pohodlné a ekonomické, aby se navrhovaná snídaně.

Lidé jsou velmi vítáni a užiteční. Poloha je hezká. Atmosféra je teplá.

Dobré zkušenosti pro mladé lidi a mladé lidi, díky nimž je pobyt příjemnější. Poloha je perfektní. Vybavení je poněkud staré a jestli bude něco o něco čistější. Obecně dobré, pro mladé lidi, kteří se nestarají, kde spát.

Strávit noc nebo dvě nízké náklady je v pořádku: je dobře umístěna (poblíž nádraží Victoria) a dělníci jsou velmi přátelští a pomáhají vám v tom, co potřebujete. Nevýhodou je, že není k dispozici mnoho koupelen a sprch a vyčistění lze zlepšit. V noci a ráno je hodně hluku lidí, kteří přicházejí a odcházejí.

Vítání v hostelu je velmi hezké, pokoje jsou čisté. Přesto hostel nemá pitnou vodu. Doporučuji tento hostel za skvělou cenu.

Pour une 1ère dans une auberge de jeunesse je recommande: l’accueil est top, l'emplacement idem ( à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Victoria) & le quartier très "secure". Nous étions 2 filles et aucun soucis pour rentrer dans la nuit à pied. La propreté est plus que correcte. Nous n'avons pas pris le p'tit déj mais à savoir qu'ils demandent 1£ qu'ils reversent à une association et je trouve ça top.

Photos un peu trompeuses, les locaux ne sont pas très propres.

Location, facilities, staff

They had plenty of in room secure storage, the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The common rooms, kitchen, showers and toilets were always clean. Great range of movies and TV shows. Comfortable atmosphere loved my stay. Will definitely be staying there when I return to London

It is by far the best hostel in London. Large rooms (even most 8-bed rooms are big enough so one can still move), the beds are super comfortable. The staff is great and super friendly and helpful, the toilets are cleaned regularly - the floors of the rooms are also hoovered daily, but are often dirty nonetheless. The location is fantastic, they have everything you could wish for in case you've forgotten anything essential. Free tea/coffee 24/7 and snacks as well as fresh mint water are available at the reception.

bed and bedspreads was the best

The location is very good. Very close to Victoria Station and another tube station as well. And it is only a 15min walk to two of the main museums, and to Hyde and Green Park. The staff was very friendly and you can borrow chargers and padlocks. It was quiet, clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hostel.

While the location is exceptional and the facilities clean and well managed, it is truly is the staff that make this place unique. I've stayed at quite a few hostels across Europe these past two months, but this is the only one where the staff made an effort to learn my name, my story and go above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of London. As a solo traveller on my first trip to Europe this made my time in London unforgettable. If you're traveling alone the nightly activities like pub crawls, movie nights and heading out to massive London clubs makes its so much easier to meet new people!
