Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel can accommodate late check-in if booked in advance, for an additional charge. Please note that parties are not permitted, and any noise complaints and damages will incur an additional charge. Only one set of keys per apartment is issued. Please note a valid credit card will be required on arrival for pre authorisation and if any damage exceeds £200 the cost will be recovered from the card provided Different policies for group bookings of 3 rooms or more apply.
