Please note that a refundable deposit of EUR 100 is required at check-in to cover loss of the 4G internet device or apartment keys. Please note that guests are required to provide to the hotel, at the moment of booking, their fiscal details necessary for issuing a VAT invoice, otherwise it will be issued in the name of Final Consumer and it won’t be possible to change. Please be advised that credit card details must match with the reservation holder. In case of prepayment, the credit card used must belong to the reservation holder and must be presented at check-in. Non-compliance with this, a new payment will be requested.
